Superior Packing Company relocates Indianapolis warehouse

Superior Packing Co., LLC, of Indianapolis has relocated to a 125,000-square-foot industrial space in the city at 4750 Kentucky Ave.

Steve Schaub of Summit Realty Group represented Superior Packing. Fritz Kauffman of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented landlord LIT Industrial Limited Partnership in the transaction.

The property will be used to expand Superior Packing's warehouse operations. Its warehouse previously was located at 7901 W. 21st St. in Indianapolis.

Superior provides logistics, warehousing and storage of paper products. It works to prevent damage of products during shipping by providing void-fill and corrugated fillers for packaging.
