Miller-Valentine Realty brokers 303,000 square foot industrial lease

Miller-Valentine Realty has brokered a 303,000 sf lease at 3535 Kettering Boulevard in Kettering, Ohio.

Steve Peters represented the Tenant, Harco Industries and Gerry Smith, represented the Landlord, Benz Family Trust. The tenant plans on using the building to manufacture automotive brake components.
