Welsh Cos. completes $2.07M sale of industrial building

Welsh Cos. has announced the completion of a $2.07 million sale of an industrial building in Eden Prairie, Minn. Located at 9855 Hamilton Road, the building has 20,000 square feet of space.

Vice President Bill Ritter and associate Judd Welliver represented the buyer, Starkey Laboratories, a global supplier of hearing aids and products for hearing loss.
