Puckmasters leases 14,250 sf space for hockey school in Mich.

Puckmasters has leased a 14,250-square-foot industrial space in Wixom, Mich., from C.B.G. Property, LLC.

Jim Harrigan, Joseph G. Pallertio and Jon G. Savoy of Lee & Associates represented the owner in the transaction.

Puckmasters franchises are hockey training centers and schools that provide clinics, practice, training and feedback to amateur hockey players across the country. The Wixom property will be used to create Michigan's first Puckmasters training center.

Lee & Associates is the nation's fourth-largest commercial brokerage company. It has 31 offices, located in Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, California, Nevada, Michigan and Wisconsin.
