Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of Champlin, Minn., retail center

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a 11,539-square-foot automotive strip center in Champlin, Minn., for $1.4 million, or $121.33 per square foot.

Investment specialist Sean Doyle and senior associate Brent Holmes of Marcus & Millichap's Minneapolis office represented the seller and buyer, respectively.

Known as Champlin Plaza, the property is located near Highway 169 in Champlin. The property is fully leased to three tenants, all of which have held leases at the plaza for more than 12 years.

Tenants include Checker Auto (CSK), Midas and Precision Tune Auto Care.
