NorthMarq arranges $2.42 million in financing for St. Louis Park retail center

Knollwood Retail
NorthMarq's Daniel Trebil, vice president and senior director of the Minneapolis regional office, arranged first mortgage financing of $2.42 million for St. Louis Park, Minn.'s Knollwood Retail.

Knollwood Retail, a two building property totaling 11,765 square feet of retail space, was financed based on a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization schedule. The financing was arranged for the borrower through NorthMarq's relationship with a pension fund advisory firm.
