Brad Toothaker and Regina Emberton of South Bend-based CB Richard Ellis | Bradley represented GLC Acquisitions, LLC in the purchase of the 38,844 square foot Three Edison Lakes office building located at 4215 Edison Lakes Parkway in the Edison Lakes Corporate Park of Mishawaka.

This Class A property was offered at $4.75 million and is home to tenants including Manhattan Associates, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Russian Ferro-Alloys Inc. and Indiana Tech.
