Howard Ecker + Co. announces lease in Chicago

Howard Ecker + Company has secured a 7,599 square-foot lease for Eagle Market Makers, Inc. at 601 South LaSalle located on the northern edge of Chicago's South Loop submarket.

The futures commission merchant will move to 601 South LaSalle which is represented by John Dempsey of CB Richard Ellis, after being headquartered at the Chicago Board of Trade for 24 years.

Kevin O'Reilly and Lou Vidaillet, both vice presidents with Howard Ecker + Company, represented Eagle Market Makers, Inc. in the transaction.
