Ryan Cos. announces final tenants for Grove Health medical office

Ryan Cos. US, Inc., has announced that its Grove Health medical office building in Maple Grove, Minn., is 100 percent occupied.

The medical facility, developed, designed, built and managed by Ryan, is part of the 157-acre mixed-use development called The Grove. The Grove blends retail, medical and office space and featuring pedestrian trails, parklands and wetlands.

Grove Health is a two story, 41,000-square-foot property that uses brick and cultured stone to complement the native features of the site. Inside, natural wood, cast glass, ambient light and naturally-toned walls, slate tiles and carpet provide a feeling of warmth and calm.

Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility, P.A. obtained a long-term lease for 6,521 square feet on the second floor of the building. Ear, Nose & Throat SpecialtyCare, relocating from Golden Valley to 2,731 square feet of space on the second floor at Grove Health, completed the tenant roster.

Ryan utilized Cushman & Wakefield to find tenants for The Grove. Other long-term lease tenants include Medical Advanced Pain Specialists (MAPS) on the first floor of the building, and Gillette Children's Specialty and Grove Health Dental on the second floor.
