Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis office represented Holtkoetter International in a sale-leaseback transaction of their two building corporate campus in South St. Paul, Minn.

The 100,585-square-foot manufacturing/distribution space at 155 and 205 Hardman Ave. was sold at a value of $7.2 million to an out of state investment partnership.

The buildings feature access to I-494, Highways 61 and 52 and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.
