AIMCO sells two Fort Wayne multi-families

Brokers from the Phoenix, Indianapolis and Chicago offices of CB Richard Ellis have negotiated the sale of two apartment communities in Fort Wayne, Ind., on behalf of the seller, AIMCO.

The Stone Point Village apartments were purchased by Mid-America Management. The apartments contain 296 units and are located at 530 Ridgemoor Dr.

Versailles on the Lake, a 156-unit property, was purchased by Chicago, Ill.-based JRM Associates. The complex is located at 6501 Reed Road.
