Lee & Associates completes two industrial transactions in Eastern Michigan

Novi, Mich.-based Lee & Associates has completed two industrial transactions totaling 28,556 square feet in Wixom, Mich.

The first transaction saw CBG Property, LLC, lease 19,676 square feet of industrial space at 50888 Century Court to Nationwide Wholesale Video. Jon Savoy, Jim Harrigan and Joseph Pellerito represented CBG in the deal.

In a separate transaction, Cornerstone Engineering signed a deal to acquire 8,580 square feet of industrial space from Greenwood Real Estate, LLC. The building is located at 28785 Haas Road Lee & Associate's Paul Gobeille and Guy Scavone represented Greenwood in the transaction.
