Trinitas Ventures sells 168-bed student community in Indianapolis

Chicago, Ill.-based Hunter Management has purchased College Crossing at National, a 168-bed student community in Indianapolis, Ind., from Trinitas Ventures.

The deal was handled by CB Richard Ellis' Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group.

College Crossing is located at 1840 National Ave. and is the first only purpose-built student community at the University of Indianapolis. It was built in 2006 and features a fully-equipped recreation center.
