Neiman Marcus renews Minneapolis lease

Gaviidae Common
Neiman Marcus has renewed their lease for their Gaviidae Common anchor store in Minneapolis where it has been located since 1991.

The original 15-year lease was set to expire next year while the new lease runs through 2013. The 115,184-square-foot stores, which makes up the majority of Gaviidae's Phase II development, is the only Neiman Marcus in the Twin Cities.

The two city block Gaviidae Common complex, off of the Nicollet Mall, is also anchored by a Saks Off Fifth. Gaviidae Common is attached to the Wells Fargo Center as well as the Minneapolis Skyway system.
