Cape Girardeau office buildings on the block for $11.76M

Lorimont Place, a two-building office portfolio in Cape Girardeau, Mo., has been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $11.76 million, or $130 per square foot.

Bruce Harris, Christopher Pollnow and Stephen Strick of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller, a southern Missouri private investor.

Lorimont Place is located at 280 South Mount Auburn Road and is comprised of two three-story buildings with 90,364 square feet. One building is leased to MedAssets while the other is occupied by a variety of service and retail tenants.
