Transwestern secures occupancy for Midwest distribution center

Transwestern has provided project management services for Northern Builders' $17.5 million Midwest distribution center in Bolingbrook, Ill.

Transwestern's Robert Klinger recently secured occupancy for the 150,000-square-foot facility. Goya Foods agreed to lease the facility, which sits on a 15-acre lot at 1401 Remington Blvd.

"The Goya Foods Midwest Distribution Center includes many unique elements such as a 40-foot clear height, high storage freezer, cooler storage, production room and training room," Klinger said.
