Suburban Indianapolis apartments on the block for $16.57M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell the Washington Village apartments in Greenfield, Ind., with an asking price of $16.57 million.

Michael Wernke of the firm's Chicago office is representing the seller in the offering. The property is being offered for $57,522 per unit or $56.22 per square foot.

Washington Village is located 20 minutes east of Indianapolis at 4211 W. Potomac Dr. It contains 294,826 square feet and is comprised of 18 two-story buildings on 26.64 acres. It was built in two phases between 2001 and 2002.
