Lee & Associates of Michigan announces industrial transactions

Lee & Associates of Michigan has announced industrial transactions totaling more than 10,500 square feet in Oakland County, Mich.

In Auburn Hills, Inzi IT LLC purchased 7,679-square-feet of industrial space located at 1163 Centre Road. Jeffrey A. Buckler, principal, represented the sellers, Bill and Bev Fudge, in this transaction.

At 2251 Star Court in Rochester Hills, Fudge Business Forms leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space. The property is owned by Avon Star LLC. Buckler represented the tenant in this transaction.
