Holliday Fenoglio Fowler closes sale of 332-unit Plymouth, Minn., apartment complex

Shadow Hills Estates
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.'s, Chicago office closed the sale of the 322-unit multi-family Shadow Hills Estates in Plymouth, Minn.

Senior managing director Matthew Lawton, director Sean Fogarty and managing director Marty O'Connell marketed the property on behalf of Principal Real Estate Investors, the seller. The buyer, Bigos Investments, purchased the property on an all cash basis.

Shadow Hills Estates features one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 1,038 square feet. Built in 2002, Shadow Hills Estates' amenities include two pools, a fitness center, a billiards room, underground heated parking and resident storage facilities.

"With its Plymouth address, Shadow Hills Estates is located in a top suburb of Minneapolis which in 2008 was voted 'the #1 Small City to Live in America' by CNN/Money Magazine," Sean Fogarty said.
