Romeo Commons on the block for $17.25M

Romeo Commons, a 98 percent occupied shopping center in Macomb Township, Mich., is being offered for sale with a $17.25 million price tag.

William T. O'Connor and Douglas Passon of Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office are representing the owner of the shopping center.

Romeo Commons is located at 18309 Hall Rd. and is being offered for $207 per square foot. It contains 83,495 square feet on 8.7 acres and is currently occupied by tenants including Biggby Coffee, T-Mobile, Salsarita's, Jimmy John's, and Trek Cycle and Fitness.
