by Midwest Real Estate News ReportsChicagoChicago-based Lillibridge has announced that it will develop a three-story, 76,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) for Health First. Construction is expected to start in February 2009 with completion in early 2010. The facility will be located on a 50-acre campus, along with the new 100-bed Viera Hospital and 70,000 square foot Pro-Health & Fitness Center at the Viera Health Park in Viera, Fla. The new campus is located in Brevard County on the eastern coast of Florida and is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state. The MOB will be designed to complement the architecture of the new hospital, and will connect to the hospital and the Pro Health & Fitness Center via a pedestrian courtyard. The facility will house a comprehensive imaging and diagnostic center, including MRI, CT, and nuclear medicine. Medical office space will be leased by private practice physicians and physicians employed by Health First. More Articles Missner Group completes build-to-suit
