CSM Lodging honored by ExecuStay

Marriot's corporate housing division, ExecuStay, honored CSM Lodging with three awards at the Execustay owner's conference in Oct. 2008.

CSM Loding, in Minneapolis, Minn., was recognized for customer service excellence, sales performance in 2008 and for being a cross-market leader based on ownership and management of their franchise in Minnesota.

ExecuStay's award for customer service excellence was given for CSM Lodging's demonstration of a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

CSM Lodging was awarded the Cross-market Leader award for posting the highest level of referrals for a single market franchise organization.

The company's growth in revenues and number of occupied units year after year earned them the 2008 Sales Performance award.
