Edward Lippincott of Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office is representing McKinley, a third-party receiver responsible for the sale of the property. Hidden Hills is located one mile from the WMU campus at 4346 Hidden Hills Dr. It contains 424 beds and is being offered for $24,764 per bed or $86,066 per unit. It is comprised of seven three-story buildings on 10.1 acres and contains 160,384 square feet. Built in 2002, it has a unit mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
