Water Street renews W. Wacker lease

Water Street Healthcare Partners has signed a deal with Hines Interests to renew and expand its office lease at 333 W. Wacker Dr. in Chicago, Ill.

Steve Levitas of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Water Street in the transaction.

The company currently leases space on 16th floor of the building and agreed to lease 14,198 additional square feet on the 28th floor. Built in 1983, the building contains 867,821 square feet and is currently 93.5 percent leased.

Founded in 2005, Water Street is a private equity firm focused exclusively on the health care industry.
