Kraus-Anderson promotes Paul Sevenich

Kraus-Anderson promoted Paul Sevenich, CCIM, to vice president of leasing and marketing.

Sevenich had served as the company's director of leasing and marketing. A 23-year industry veteran in mall management, leasing and development, Sevenich oversees the leasing and marketing of more than 4 million square feet of retail and office property.

Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson in 1999, Sevenich spent 14 years with two Fortune 500 shopping center REITs (General Growth and CBL & Associates) and managed Twin Cities mall locations that included Southdale Center, Burnsville Center and Riverplace.
