Nolnasar Properties acquires Michigan industrial facility

Nolnasar Properties, LLC, has purchased a portion of a single-story industrial facility in Lyon Township, Mich., from Lyon Tech 2, LLC.

Jim Harrigan, Jon Savoy and Joseph Pellerito of Lee & Associates represented the seller in the deal. The building is located at 30029 Research Dr. and contains 14,440 square feet. It is currently occupied by tenants including Hatzel & Buehler, an electrical work company.

Harrigan is a recent addition to Lee & Associates. He joined the company in February 2008 after working in the Southfield office of Signature Associates. He specializes in industrial investment properties.
